Website Evaluation & Troubleshooting Request

By submitting this form, I hereby consent to a 2-hour website evaluation conducted by The Webscaper. I understand that this evaluation is aimed at identifying potential issues, security vulnerabilities, and best practices for website maintenance.

I acknowledge and understand that:

1. The website evaluation is a diagnostic service and does not guarantee the resolution of any identified problems.

2. The Webscaper will provide recommendations and insights based on the evaluation, but implementation of any suggested changes is at the discretion and responsibility of the client. This evaluation is solely for investigative purposes and no changes of any kind will be made during the evaluation.

3. Work to complete findings and recommendations is not included in the Website Evaluation fee. A quote will be provided for any recommended work.

4. The Webscaper is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from accessing the client’s website or linked services, or the client’s reliance on the evaluation report or recommendations provided.

5. The evaluation does not constitute an ongoing maintenance or support agreement unless explicitly stated and agreed upon separately.

6. Any information shared during the evaluation process is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
