Project Completion Sign-Off

The following Project Completion Sign-Off form must be submitted prior to project deployment, along with any unpaid final payments due.

For website projects, you will receive 30 days of support at no cost for any corrections, adjustments, bug fixes, or any other changes or oversights to any part of the contracted project deliverables. Please be sure to submit any of these support requests within 30 days. For clients currently on a Maintenance and Security plan and/or supplemental support plan, your plan will not be charged for these support requests during this 30 day window.

Please submit the following sign-off form as soon as possible to schedule your deployment. You should have received any outstanding invoices prior to receiving this form; please contact us if you did not receive it.
